Chip has always had a keen sense for workable solutions to thorny, complex challenges. Moreover, he has guided businesses, government, and their leaders through profound change.
Chip embraces coaching teams and leaders as his passion. In addition to being a founder and investor in healthcare tech startups, he has held numerous executive positions in healthcare and other dynamically changing industries. Currently, he serves as Senior Vice President & General Manager for Government Programs at Medecision – a leader in integrated healthcare software solutions.
Chip’s experience has significant breadth and depth. He has previously been Vice President of Business Strategy and Vice President of Governmental Affairs for Cambia Health Solutions in Portland, Oregon. His time as Chief of Staff for Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski, his role as Assistant Executive Director of Public Affairs & Communications for the Oregon Education Association and his years of business and public affairs consulting combine to given him valuable insights into acceleration through change for teams in business and government alike.
